“How Does this Work?”

I work hard so you don’t have to! Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Checkout, then send me your photos.

Step 2: Check your mailbox!

If I have any follow up questions, I will reach out to you. Really, most orders are this easy!

“What size portrait should I order?”

The 4x6 inch through the 8x10 inch can fit on a tabletop. The 8x10 inch through the 18x24 inch hang well on a wall. My most popular size by far is the 8x10 inch, and I think this is because it’s so versatile! It can fit well on a tabletop or hang nicely on the wall.

If you have any questions about what size portrait is best for your project, I’m happy to make recommendations based on the photos you have and where you’d like to place the finished piece!

“How does pricing work?”

The table below shows starting prices for portraits listed by size. For special requests or individual quotes, fill out the form on the Contact page!

“What if I can’t find photos for a gift?”

I draw lots of portraits for gifts! If you’re trying to surprise someone with a portrait, try seeing if they have any photos of their pet on Facebook, Instagram, or other Social Media. You can also ask friends or family to help you obtain photos!

“How do I send my photo(s)?”

I’m flexible!  I’m happy to receive your photos via text, email, or social media.  Want to ask me a specific question?  Fill out the form on the Contact page and I’ll get back to you!

“What’s your turnaround time?”

I love getting your Portrait to you asap, but my turnaround depends in how many orders I have at any given time. I’m happy to rush orders on an individual basis whenever my schedule allows so if you would love to receive your Portrait by a specific date, let me know and I'll see what I can do!

If you’d like to know the current turnaround time for a project, just ask!

“How does your shipping work?”

My Portraits ship for free in the US with a 3-5 day delivery method.  I am willing to rush shipping so feel free to contact me with questions about availability and price.  I can’t guarantee delivery dates but I work hard to have your order to you on time!

I’ve had some clients express concern about having their portraits shipped. Thankfully, I have had very few issues with deliveries, but please know that I don’t hold my clients liable for shipping damage! If you have any problems at all, please let me know asap!

“What are your return policies?”

I work very hard to offer only high quality items that you will enjoy for years to come!  You can be confident that I take great pride in each Pet Portrait I draw!

Since all of my Custom Artwork is tailored to each individual's Pet, I don't generally offer refunds. If you are unhappy with an item you have received or believe that it does not fit the description of what you ordered, please contact me immediately and we will work together to resolve the issue! 

I do not hold my clients liable for shipping damage; if your package is damaged in shipping reach out to me immediately with photos of the damage and I will take care of you! Custom pieces are a reflection of the photograph I’m working from, so please observe the examples provided under each product listing to note the liberties and limitations of this type of artwork.
